Doesn’t seem like yesterday, I was writing a blog post celebrating Ollie’s 9th birthday…… now he’s 12. Where has the time gone? To my wonderful, cute, happy little boy, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! May all your dreams and wishes come true.

I’m the only girl in my family, which means I get spoilt rotten by my men {little and big}. This Easter, Mark found me a bracelet, with these words on. They’re so special, as I try and help a lot of photography students see their potential and take that step to make their own unique journey’s. Thank you so much Mark and boys, the bracelet is simply perfect 🙂

Miss Cibele contacted me as she wanted a photographer to photograph her through the milestones of pregnancy, and of course their freshly baked bub when he arrives in September. I am so excited, as Mum and dad are not only gorgeous, but very creative. So each session will be as unique as they are 🙂 Thank you guys for allowing me to be part of this special journey with you 🙂
and a little bit of Lens Baby practice 🙂 {I’m still learning, and still loving}
I’ve never had anything handed to me on a plate. I’ve worked since I was 12 years old……….scrubbing dishes, waitressing, baby sitting………… through school and then through university. Adult life is no different. I work two jobs, three if you include the free lance work I do. Come home, help my lovely hubby deal with the kids, juggle the bills, pay the rent…….. you know normal life. And then occasionally, at the end of the month, I get a chance to check the bank balance and ‘see’ if I can afford something for the business, something I’ve longed for, something I’ve wanted and wished for, for months and months, but have had to put to the back of the list because kids,house and bills come first. But last week, FINALLY, I could do it. And I did! I got myself a Lens Baby Composer……. and the verdict is?
Well worth the wait. I {adore} it. It hasn’t left my Nikon! It’s not going to leave my Nikon! 🙂 These are day’s 1 & 2 of Lens baby Lovin 🙂 I’m still learning, and practicing. I love that it is feeding and developing my creativity. Next stop? Practicing on real people 🙂

Introducing little Miss Tinkerbelle to the world 🙂 She sure is a sweet little thing. Mum and Dad are oh so proud of their little addition, and rightly so. She is sooo tiny and sooo perfect. Congratulations A & E. I cannot wait to photograph her again as she gets a bit older. Thank you both for allowing me to capture her for you 🙂
