To all my beautiful, friends, family and clients, thank you so much for all your support over the year, I really am very grateful and blessed. Our Christmas this year was nice and quiet {just the way we like it}. The boys got to stay in their PJ’s all day, and chill out on their computers, and I……..got to cook {it’s ok, I actually love cooking – ‘now’. I never used too. A couple of years ago, the most contact the kitchen and I had, would be when I occasionally bumped into it in each in the middle of night, but now I’m nearly 40, I’ve found myself deliberately heading to the kitchen to cook 🙂 I even know where the pots and pans are kept! How things change}. So, along with a brand new bunch of cook books, I spent my day cooking, listening to Frank Sinatra, and towards the end of the day, drinking a bottle of white. Not sure it can get any more perfect than that.
Thank you to our family in the UK for sending over gifts for the boys, the British chocolate went down a treat {Dad}! We’re hoping {oh so hoping} that 2012 will see us spending Christmas and New Year in the UK! I’m so excited. So fingers, toes and everything crossed that we can make it happen 🙂 We have a lot to achieve in 2012, but are nothing but determined.
So, at the request of my family, here are a few snaps from the day. Yes, I abandoned my Iphone for my Nikon {I feel a love affair for all things photography starting all over again} 🙂
